Carbon mast engineer

We are looking for somebody with experience in carbon masts manufacturing able to head the engineering department in Romania, being the link between the structural engineer and the production and in charge of quality control before shipping.
You will be a key person of the production plan.

Rigging - Commissioning - Customer Service

The person will take care of commissioning the large custom mast, including tuning and sea trials worldwide. Of course the person need to have a very solid sailing background. Customer service will be also part of the job with a possibility of being involve in sales in the future.
